QUALITY CONTROL

Our manufacturing unit is located in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, close to the foothills of the Himalayas. The location extends advantage to us by way of a healthy clean environment and easy availability of raw material that is used in production of our Air-dried products.

Quality control receives our maximum attention and we take immense care ensuring that the production is carried out is under very close supervision. Hygienic conditions in our factory meet the international standards. Regular visits of Inspection Department of our reputed clients as well as external auditors keep our quality control wing on the heels and keep us aware of the current best practices in the industry

Our production is carried out assiduously under very close expert supervision and strictest hygienic conditions. Extensive and constant on line inspection sampling and analysis is done to ensure stringent quality control throughout the production process. We have our in house Microbiological and Chemical laboratory operated by trained technicians who are responsible for quality assurance round-the-clock.

Our Kashipur unit has an FSSC 22000 accreditation and all our major compliances are in order including all necessary statuary licenses, NOCs and certifications to carry out seamless production. We are equipped with all major food certifications and accreditation to carry out food production and export including FSSAI, APEDA etc. You can find the details of our major certification as given below.
